Terms and conditions

www.corkart.eu is a webshop of premium products made of natural materials, made of cork.

Product selection

The customer has the opportunity to choose, order from the products of the store by clicking on the selected product the customer can view its detailed description. If you intend to buy, you add the product you want to buy to a virtual basket by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking on the "View" button in the "Cart" you will find the products placed in the cart during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice and the delivery cost. Here you can check if your order is correct, especially the prices and quantities, which can be modify. The basket automatically will calculate the total amount of the order.

Sending your order

If you consider the quantity of the products in your cart  to be correct, you have checked the total  amount and decided that you want to buy them, simply click on the "Checkout" button.  

In our store you  have the possibility to purchase without registration, you have three options:

•  would like to join as a registered  customer
• wants to register as a new customer
• you may want to buy without registering  

If you have previously purchased from our store, please enter your email address and password provided during  your previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, enter your purchase information, which will be stored by the system, and you only need to log in the next time you make a purchase. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address. In the next step, select the appropriate shipping method for you:  

• GLS courier service
• Pošta Slovenije

You'll then need to choose a payment method that's right for you:

• bank transfer - (when placing your order, we will notify you by e-mail that your order is in "pending status" as soon as the amount transferred has arrived in our bank account, we will activate your order and we will send you all the necessary additional  information by e-mail)
• cash on delivery - (cash payment in case of home delivery, upon receipt of the shipment to the DPD courier service employee)   
• PayPal payment - (online payment methods by credit card through the secure PayPal system)

If you agree with the contents of the order, click "Order" button to submit the order.

Prices

Our prices are the list prices valid at the time of ordering, which can be found next to the products in the web store. prices are gross prices, including VAT, however, these prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost can be found during the checkout process before the order is finalized as well as in the Purchase Conditions. If there is an error or defect in the products or prices in the web store, we reserve the right to make correction. In this case, we will inform the customer of the new data immediately after recognizing or modifying the error. The buyer can then reaffirm the order or have the option of either party withdrawing from the contract.

Orders are processed

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Possibility to correct

Data entry errors you have the possibility to correct data entry errors before  pressing the "Order" button.

Confirmation

We send e-mail feedback on all orders. This means that after you place your order, you will receive an automatic email about the receipt of your order and (later) one about  your expected delivery date. For a telephone consultation, call customer service or the phone number in the email.

Payment terms 

Credit cards or PayPal payment methods are available in our store. Once the order is finalized, the page will redirect you to the payment page. if you have a PayPal account, click Pay with my PayPal account.  If you don't have a PayPal account, select Pay with my credit or debit card  option and fill in the card details.

Delivery/Shipping fees:

Shipment are delivered by GLS courier or Pošta Slovenije. The delivery time of the product is described by the webshop during the checkout process and is also included the confirmation e-mail. You can arrange the data of delivery by phone at the confirmation e-mail.

Withdrawal from delivery

If the online store falls to fulfill its obligations under the contract because it does not have the goods specified in the contract at its disposal or is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer. The online store does not enter into contract with minors. by accepting the terms of trade, the customer declares that he is of legal age.

Return of

the product The product will be returned  only in its original condition and packaging, in complete quality and quantity. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. 

Information on the terms of the contract

The language of concluding the contract is English, the concluded contract is / is not considered to be concluded in writing. The concluded contract will be registered/not registered, it will be available / will not be available afterwords.    

Rights of withdrawal / Return guarantee  

The customer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the day he received the goods. The customer is obliged to declare the intention to return the goods in writing (by post or e-mail). The seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer immediately, but no later than thirty days of the withdrawal. 

Ownership clause

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the full payment of the purchase price. In the vent of erroneous, non-accepted  orders, the product will be taken into stock on behalf of the "new" owner, and the consideration will be paid to the new owner after another successful sale.  

Modification and cancellation of the order

The 2001 CVIII. Pursuant to the low, when placing order, the software of the seller's web store is immediately  notified to the buyer about the fact that the order has been placed. This notice does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer. It only indicates to the buyer that your order request has been registered and forwarded by our system to the seller's competent employee.

If the buyer does not receive it within 48 hours, the buyer's bidding obligations will be terminated. The seller gives the buyer the opportunity to cancel the order electronically until the start of the order.  When starting the execution of the order, the customer will be notified by e-mail and / or telephone about the expected duration of the execution and the fact of the execution, after which it is possible to cancel the order only in person or trough one of the contact under "Customer service" or "Contact". Subsequent changes to the order can only be made in writing by e-mail.
